Chuck- Wham, Bam, Thank You Hannah

At the beginning of the episode, I noted that I loved that they were taking the two separate couples and moving them in different directions. Chuck and Hannah were working fantastically and Sarah and Shaw were on the outs. Meaning I enjoyed Charles getting all the spoils of the situation and Sarah having trouble deal with the whole thing.

Fast forward to the end of the ep and I am unhappy. After talking with Ellie, Chuck decides that he needs to end things before they start with Hannah. This is either because he does in fact not want her to be with someone who can't be completely honest with her, or he is still ridiculously in love with the blonde beauty. Either way it was sad to watch him walk away from such a great girl, but that's just the nature of the beast.

While watching Hannah give such a beautiful speech at dinner, I thought that this girl is so awesome and if the writers kill her or reveal that she is actually a bad guy I was going to absolutely lose it. If this is the way we lose Hannah, with an inappropriate breakup by Chuck, then I'm okay. There could have been worse ways to get rid of such a great character.

Shaw and Sarah, on the other hand, sped their quasi-relationship up throughout the episode. By the end of it they were making out like Rob Dauster and the National Anthem girl. It was really disheartening that she let Shaw in on such a meaningful secret. She tells him her real name! How could she do this to Chuck? I hope we don't end up with depressed Chuck like we had at the beginning of the season.

It was so nice to see Chuckles all smiles as he ran down the stairs with a box of doughnuts. His "can I tempt anyone with a tasty treat?" was pure joy and it's sad to think that we might not see that side of Mr. Bartowski any time soon.

Other Points

-It was nice to see Captain Awesome being awesome again, as he did a hanging ab workout in the doorway.

-Chuck impersonating Raef, "because I like cupcakes that's why. Who doesn't like a good cupcake?"

-Got a couple of Sopranos vets in this mob-related episode. One of which happened to be Edgar (R.I.P.)

-Casey comes in and saves the day at the end again. We also get knowledge of an Alex Coburn. Is this a Casey backstory we might be getting soon?
