Dan had to battle some really terrible people this season, from a crazy fit senior citizen to a “unique” hair dresser from n'orleans. After he almost got the boot in the second episode (probably should have), he changed his style up to what should be considered almost foolproof. He intentionally did poorly in competitions, which allowed him to stay under the radar for most of the game. As numbers started to dwindle, he made an alliance with a likable fella named Memphis. Calling themselves "the renegades," these two dominated the latter part of the game and it was 97% due to Dan. He hated on other contestants in the confessional, was a convincing liar, and also saved room to make fun of people to their faces. What more can you ask for from a reality competition contestant? And oh yeah, he won the whole thing.
