Jay-sone's Decade

As my superior and probably my most loyal reader, Jay-sone gets in on the list making action with his top ten characters. This dude really had himself a good time watching movies in the 90s. All but one of his top ten characters were created in the 1990s. Some might say that Jay needs to get with the times, but not me, I am a big fan of the nineties...great decade. As far as decades of the past century go, the 90s are up there for me as one of the best.
