My wife and myself have both became big fans of The River, I was skeptical at first only because it was on ABC, but it’s not bad. I still think it could be a ton better on a cable network, but that’s neither here nor there. The show is beautifully shot, filming in Hawaii leaves for an amazing picture. I love that I signed up with the HD Free for Life deal from my work at DISH; it pays off big time with these shows. I always meant to start watching the show Luck because I’m a huge Dustin Hoffman fan, but I’ll end up catching it on HBO GO.
